2) Agency Supervisor
achieve personal sales above RM30k per month
3) Agency Sales Manager
achieve personal sales target of RM30k per month
recruit and manage a sales team
help team achieve group sales target Objective Consultants who are passionate to build a long term sustainable income with VFarm can now work towards being an Agency Sales Manager by recruiting and managing your own sales team.
Your effort will be rewarded with an overriding commission of sales achieved by your sales team

Dear VFarm Consultants We are pleased to introduce agent referral campaign effective 8 August 2022.
Through this campaign existing agents will be rewarded with the following referral fee when they introduce new agents to join our team.

Introducing New Agent RM20 (One time payout upon successful sign up)
RM50 (One time payout when new agent produce RM5,000 sales – 1st month)
RM100 (One time payout when new agent produce RM5,001 above sales -1st month)

Less than RM8,000 / month = no waive

Is it difficult to achieve?
Not at all. Just 10 sets of Outdoor Vgrow Tower n 2 sets of Indoor Vgrow Tower (averagely 3 sets per week)
or 5 sets of Indoor Tower (slightly more than 1 set per week).

Agency Training Manager (ATM)
This position is only offer for existing quality agents QA whose accumulated sales have already achieved
RM100k per year with min 3 New Recruits or
RM70k in 6 months with min 3 New Recruits or
RM50k in 3 months with min 3 New Recruits
As ATM, you are qualified to train your agents placed under your care and you will entitle for 5% commissions if you train your agents to achieve sales target.

Maintenance:
Each Agency Training Manager must achieve min monthly sales of RM25k to maintain their position as Agency Training Manager.

Commission Schedule For Personal Sale With Effect From 01/01/2022

In addition to the above, with effect from 01/01/2022, our company is going to reward all our productive Quality Agents (QA) with GOAL ACHIEVER INCENTIVES (GAI) base on quarterly and yearly sales achieved. From now on we call our agents Quality Agents because you are valuable to us and you have the quality to do our business.

If the QA achieves every quarterly sales, his/her quarterly GAI for the 4 quarters will be RM3,750.00 x 4 = RM15,000.00. Together with GAI on yearly sales of RM6,000.00, the Grand Total of GAI alone is RM21,000.00.
*NOTE 1: Payment of GAI is based on full collection of payments.
**NOTE 2: Dealer / Agency sale is not entitled for quarterly/yearly GAI. Only applicable for Individual Agents.
**NOTE 3: You are allowed to carry forward your production count to year 2022 (only limited for DEC 2021 Sales) to be added up in your next year GAI production count.
Example: Dec2021 Sales is RM30k, and 2022 Jan-Mar Q1 you achieve RM50k, total GAI is RM80k, therefore you are entitled to Q1 GAI Bonus!
****NOTE 4: GAI is not applicable for Wholesale Sales & Subscription Plans.
Wholesale Commissions shall fixed at 8% on every transaction.
Subscription plans Commissions shall fixed at 25% on every plans subscribed.
