What is the difference between the DIY and Pro plans?

The DIY plan provides you with all the supplies you need to manage your own vertical farm. The Pro plan includes all supplies plus a professional service team that handles all maintenance, cleaning, and harvesting for you.
What happens if my crop fails?
- With our VGROW Pro service, we guarantee a consistent harvest. Our expert team proactively manages the farm to prevent crop failure, ensuring you always get a high-quality yield.
How often does your team visit for the Pro plan?
- Our team visits once a month for a full system reset and performs weekly maintenance checks to ensure your farm is operating perfectly.
What kind of plants can I grow with VGROW?

Our service is optimized for growing a variety of leafy greens and herbs, such as lettuce, kale, basil, mint, and cilantro. We can discuss specific plant options to meet your needs.
What supplies are included in the plans?
Both the VService Standard and VService Pro plans come with a complete set of supplies to get your vertical farm running. This includes our VFERT fertilizer, VSoil growing medium, VFilter, VPlantPro plant supplements, and a selection of seeds. Total Worth RM160 if order ala carte
What kind of maintenance is involved for each plan?
The VService Standard (DIY) plan requires you to handle both weekly and monthly maintenance. Weekly tasks include plant health checks, nutrient and water top-ups, and system monitoring. Monthly maintenance involves harvesting, cleaning, and replanting.
The VService Pro (Full Service) plan’s D4U (Done for you) service covers all of these tasks.
What kind of seedlings can I grow?
Our service provides live seedlings from a variety of produce types, including:
