Will I own the VGROW Tower after signing up for the subscription plan?
Yes, you will own the VGROW tower from the starting day of the subscription plan.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty for any manufacturer defects.
Please check for defects the moment you receive the product.
What are the payment methods available for subscription?
We use Payex as our payment gateway for subscriptions, accepting payments via Credit Card or bank transfers.
You will need to upload a copy of your IC to proceed with the subscription.
What if I decide to cancel?
Should you decide that the subscription is not for you anymore, you can cancel it any time by calling our support at +60142615287
If you cancel your plan before the end of term, you will have to pay the cancellation fee to the plan you have chosen:
- MYR329 for VGROW Mini
- MYR550 for VGROW Outdoor
- MYR900 for VGROW Indoor
Your VGROW tower is still yours to keep. Remaining credits will continue to be valid for 24 months after the date of cancellation. You will not be entitled to a refund in cash for any monthly fee already paid.

What's the difference between VGROW Mini, Outdoor and Indoor?
VGROW Mini and Outdoor are quite similar – just that Mini grows up to 20 plants per round and Outdoor, up to 60 plants.
Both VGROW Mini and Outdoor require a steady supply of sunlight.
VGROW Indoor is our flagship model that does not require sunlight. Just plug it into a power source and water access, and watch your vegetables grow!
How long does it take to harvest?
Seed germination may take up to 5 days.
After transferring to VGROW mini, depending on the vegetables, it’ll take anywhere from 30-45 days to become fully grown vegetables.
What's the success rate of growing?
Pretty close to 100% – provided you follow our guidelines and tutorials.

What's the cost of maintenance?
The cost of ancillaries (seeds, filter bags, potting mix, liquid fertilizer, water) will cost you less than RM30 – each growing round.
- 250ml fertilizer – Good for 2 growing rounds.
- Filter bags & potting mix – Can be re-used.
Can I use my own seeds & fertilizers?
For Seeds
Yes! If you like to try different seeds, you can buy your own from online – from Shoppee, Lazada or a nursery nearby.
Or, just contact us to ask for the seeds we sell.
For fertilizer
Yes! You can use your own liquid fertilizer if you wish.
However, our liquid fertilizer (Vfert) is extracted from 100% natural ingredients – helping you to grow healthier veggies. Most liquid fertilizers sold online are synthetic chemical fertilizers.
Pricing of Vfert, our own fertilizer:
- Vfert 500ml: RM45
- Vfert 1.5l: RM70
Is VGROW Tower a hydroponics system?
VGROW Tower is more than a hydroponics system. It uses a combination of the best techniques from hydroponics, aeroponics, and bioponics.
Water is fed to the plants from the top, planted on an organic mix with beneficial microbes, and bio-fertilized with biodegradable probiotics.
