VGROW Tower is designed for easy setup, it’s consist of different designs and materials that forms a residential model of vertical farming system.
One of the materials used it’s made of food grade Polypropelene Copolymer EPC40R. The materials used meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(3)(i) and (c)3.1a. The adjuvant meet their respective FDA regulations and 21 CFR 177.1520(b). In summary, this meets the FDA criteria covering safe use of polyolefin articles and component of articles intended for food contact use. TSCA Registry: CAS# 9010-79-1.

There are 12 VPOTS stacked each level which forms the vertical tower. The water in the tower is circulated up and down by a low power consumption submersible pump that circulates the water up and gravity feed rain down to each level. This in fact attracts more oxygen aerating the roots zone which kicks in the Aeroponic Technique, creating a healthier plant growth.
Because of the raining effects in the tower, it produces a smooth water running sound which helps in relaxation. Seeing or hearing the soothing sounds of moving water triggers a response in our brains that induces a flood of neurochemicals. These chemicals increase blood flow to the brain and heart, which induces relaxation.
The Design of VPOTS are registered under Industrial Design Act 1996 Act 552. Each VPOTS comes in form of 5 petals pots, mimicking a flower like image of Mei Hua. And inside of each VPOTS have a holes beneath for water to drain down.

What's the benefit of VF@RM Subscription plan?
When you subscribe to any of our plans, you’ll enjoy significant savings compared to purchasing products ala-carte.
Your monthly payment will be converted into VCredits, which will be added to your account after the payment is processed.
These VCredits can be used to purchase consumables such as fertilizers, seeds, live seedlings, supplements, accessories, and much more available in your Members Portal. You have the flexibility to use your VCredits whenever you choose, or save them up for future purchases.
This approach provides you with greater control over the products you receive, rather than being limited to a pre-selected package.
Will I own the Tower after signing up for the Subscription plan?
Yes, you will own the Tower from the starting day of the subscription plan.
What happens after the 12 months subscription plan?
After the 12 months term, your VF@RM Subscription Plan will be automatically renewed.
By continuing your VGROW INDOOR Subscription Plan with us, VF@RM will credit 10% additional VCredits on top of your existing plan.
To cancel, you will need to contact the VF@RM Customer Care hotline. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel after the Term.
After cancellation, the VGROW OUTDOOR Tower is yours to keep. The VF@RM Member’s Portal, online, will still be available for you to spend any VF@RM VCredits you may still have in your account. VCredits expires 24 months after the date of cancellation of your Subscription Plan.
What if I changed my mind?
Should you decide that VF@RM subscription is not for you anymore, you can cancel it at any time by calling the VF@RM Customer Care hotline
If you wish to cancel your plan before the end of the term, you will have to pay the cancellation fee that corresponds to the Plan that you have chosen. Kindly refer to the T&C
Your VGROW OUTDOOR Tower is still yours to keep. Your remaining VCredits will still be available for you to use to buy VF@RM products for 24 months after the date of cancellation. You will not be entitled to a refund in cash for any monthly fee already paid
What isVF@RM VCredit for?
Your VF@RM VCredits is added to your account after your monthly fee is paid. Whether you want to spend it every month, or prefer to save up to order more later, the choice is yours. Spend your VCredits on VF@RM Member Portal online.
VCredits can be used on any VF@RM products including seeds, live seedlings, fertilizers, growing mediums, plant care products, consumables, accessories and other systems or towers.
What if I don't use my VF@RM VCredits?
When or how you decide to use your VCredit is up to you. If you don’t use it entirely, it gets accumulated in your account. Your VCredit will be valid for up to 24 months after your subscription ends. Ideal for a short or long break away.
Does the Tower have the same warranty as Ala Carte purchase ?
Yes. your Tower comes with a 1 year warranty on electricals*.
Who qualifies for this offer?
Whether you are new to VF@RM or a long-time VF@RM baby greens grower, you can sign up with the VF@RM subscription.
You can only subscribe to the VF@RM Subscription Plan once.
What happen to my VCredits if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your VF@RM subscription before the term, you will be required to pay the Cancellation Fee. However, your VCredit stays in your account for you to use to buy VF@RM products for 24 months after the date of cancellation. Please refer to terms and conditions for cancellation fees.
