Terms & Conditions.

This “12 months warranty” plan on VGROW Tower VGroLights x 6, for (12) months upon purchase of VGROW TOWER, which not all item/parts were not originally covered, subject to the terms and conditions.

This E-Warranty Plan applies only to purchase made on the VGROW INDOOR within Malaysia.

Steps to claim:

1. In order to be eligible to claim this entitlement, customer shall do so by emailing to VFARM Customer Care/Support their e-Warranty card.

2. Customer shall send in the faulty item: VGROLIGHT, to VFARM for checking, shipping cost are borned by the customer to send in the failed item.

3. Upon checking the faulty item and VFARM have verified its genuine fault, VFARM shall replace a new VGROLIGHT, inclusive shipping to the customer.

4. Customer can only use E-warranty card to claim once on (4) VGROLIGHT. Any subsequent parts shall not be claimable. After which E-warranty card shall be made void.

E-warranty may be subjected to verification of documents and/or information provided by customer. VFARM reserves the right to seek such additional documents and/or information from the customer as it may deem appropriate.

E-Warranty CARD is required for the redemption of E-Warranty Plan. The customer agrees and provides consent to VFARM to the use of any Personal Data (including the Personal Data is transferred to third countries, i.e. China) as provided by the purchaser for the purpose of participation in this E-Warranty Plan in line with the applicable laws of Malaysia, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by VFARM for lawful purpose directly related to the running of the E-Warranty Plan including but not limited to the purposes of verification, promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this event.
